Team
Elis founded W. Legal Services to practice law by combining legal expertise with a multidisciplinary approach to mapping and resolving complex issues in alignment with clients’ visions and objectives.
In addition to practicing law, Elis has experience acting as an arbitrator, corporate counselor, corporate culture consultant, and advisor for female lawyers.
Her solid academic background began with a law degree from Curitiba Law School, where she also obtained a master’s degree in business law and citizenship. She also holds a postgraduate degree in constitutional law from the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law and a master’s degree in international law from the prestigious New York University School of Law.
Elis expanded her knowledge through several additional courses in Economics, Compliance, ESG, Law for Startups, Design Thinking, Regenerative Design, and Systems Thinking. These courses reflect her versatility and ability to adapt to new market demands.
Her talent and dedication have been recognized on several occasions. She was highlighted as an emerging leader in the field of arbitration by Who’s Who Legal yearly since 2019. She was also recognized by LACCA from 2019 to 2021 and won the Rising Star in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration title from Legal 500 in 2020.
Mona Lisa Ramos Reis, intern at W. Legal Services, is a Law student at the University of Vale do Itajaí. She is a member of LATEC (the academic league for tax, business, and civil law) at UNIVALI and a member of GEAGRO (the study group on agribusiness law) at UFSC.
Professionally, she interned at the Santa Catarina State Court of Justice, as well as in business, agribusiness, and international trade law firms.
She is an enthusiast about environmental issues and strategic business planning, working with the goal of producing the best results for your company and your business.
